Where Has September Gone?

This seems to be one of the fastest (and busiest!) months we've had yet! Where does the time go? It might have something to do with the fact that when we look at our September calendar, there's only 2 whole days with nothing on it. INSANE!

We've had playdates galore! Some at Alice in Wonderland Park in Cordera.....

...... one at Whit's End at Focus on the Family......

.... some at friends' houses, and some here at our home. (no pics. =( )

Jen and Noah have had a continuous round of lunch dates with friends at least once or twice a week. Greg has already jumped into the football frenzy and likes to spend time having people over to watch the game with him. Jen is back into the Bunco scene again as her group just started up for the Fall. Greg played drums in the worship band a few nights at church for our "revival week" that we had. Jen went to a friend's "Willow House" party this past week and had fun seeing her new house as well. Last weekend we had family in town - Jen's Aunt and Uncle from Georgia. We had SO much fun hanging out with them and showing off Noah - it was kinda like being on vacation ourselves! =) This weekend, on Saturday, we're having a game night here at our house. This weekend, on Sunday, we'll be heading up to the "Home Gallery" in Denver to start the very beginning phases of building another house, talking prices, and customizing it to our liking. Next week...... Jen will be going to the "Just Between Friends" sale here in the Springs, we have a LOT to get done on our to-do list, and on Saturday, Jen will be co-hosting a baby shower for a sweet friend of hers.

WHEW!! Will October prove to be less busy??

Noah recently learned to crawl up the (13) stairs! The Fam at Jose's for dinner.

I loved having Jim and Nancy here! It was like having a little vacation and a family reunion in one. They need to come back - or just move here. Hmmm, Hot-lanta or Colorado...? I'm looking forward to game night! (Loved the pics this time again.)

Thanks for coming over...feels like we never "hang out" and it was good to again. Love to see Noah's smiles...they brighten my day. Cool park too!

I agree about Sept. I feel like I just blinked and September was gone. It is a busy month & really when will it slow down -- after Jan.?!?!

CRAZY days, but enjoy every second (who couldn't with a cutie like Noah?)

Isn't it funny how even when your child isn't in school that September is still a crazy month? I think that is because it is when all "regularly scheduled activities" start again. I always manage to figure out a nice routine just in time for the holidays!:)
