Tan Lines, Blisters, and a yard to show for it
So after many weekends of hard work, we FINALLY finished the backyard yesterday.... or at least what we had planned on finishing this summer. We roto-tilled, trenched and raked the whole yard, and then we installed sprinklers, topsoil, edging and sod. All that's left (to do for NEXT spring/summer) is to edge the yard with rock, buy some trees and some other litte things for the backyard to make it look even more nice. It looks fabulous!! We are quite proud of our work!!

Happy Birthday Greg!!

Today Greg turned 28!! (Barry Bonds also hit home run no.756, but we don't really care about that, it's just a piece of history that was made on his birthday)
Jen took him to the Inn at Palmer Divide Mozaic Restaurant for dinner, and then had a little "surprise party" back at the house for him. He made out like a bandit - the whole coffee table was covered with presents and cards!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREG!!!

$2 Tuesday
We went to a Sky Sox game tonight!! They played against the Omaha Royals.... and the Sky Sox beat the Royals, so that made it even more fun!!

Sox the Fox and Dinger the Dino messing around in between the innings was quite entertaining.

Greg brought a big bag of peanuts to the game, and the Sky Sox staff made him throw them away because "no outside food was allowed in the park." (punks!) So Dad Kelly bought some peanuts for them to share. (Jen had to have her obligatory ball park hot dog instead.)

7th inning stretch........ messing around with the camera. We were getting tired and silly.
